Marcia Newman, Principal of Marcia Newman and Associates, brings over 20 years of experience in strategically maximizing performance and growing leaders through professional coaching, consulting, training and inspirational speaking.
She is an expert at finding solutions to issues facing organizations and people and asks the essential questions to lead people to find answers of intention and choice. Marcia clarifies and aligns every aspect of business, personal, and organizational life through congruence of spirit, voice and the purpose of her clients, whether they be corporate or individual.
As well as being principal of her own firm, Marcia is also a Coach with Career Consultants, an Executive Coach for the Butler MBA program, an adjunct professor in Purdue’s School of OLS and a licensed and trained facilitator for the Coaching Clinic. Marcia directed the Speaker’s Bureau for the Greenleaf Center for Servant-Leadership where she was a national trainer and partnered with noted thought leaders, such as Ken Blanchard and Margaret Wheatley. With her husband, she co-owned TeleServe Communications, a small company based in Indianapolis for 15 years. It is with this wealth of experience and great enthusiasm that Marcia works with organizations to bring them back to the “Why”.
Marcia holds a M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, a Leadership Studies degree from Purdue OLS and a B.A. from Indiana University. She is a Certified Professional Coach, member of the ICF, and certified in Coaching, Training and Consulting from the Greenleaf Center for Servant-Leadership. Her clients include sales and corporate executives, medical personnel, engineers, CEO’s, professionals and those in career transition.
