This presentation covers the how-to’s of servant-leadership, what servant-leadership is and how the field is using it now. Topics include where it is used – and where it is not – and the questions of who, what, when, why, and how.

With a background of over 15 years in the field, Marcia Newman will teach you about Servant-Leadership, building from the fundamentals of where the philosophy came from, where it is utilized, how it impacts you and your business, great leaders who were influenced by servant-leadership, and how it can be a tool for your development today.

The Crane Executive Leadership Series features programs throughout the course of the year, each hosted on the third Wednesday of the month either at the Plainfield or Franklin locations. The event series is free to the general public; registration is required at www.cranecu.org/executiveseries
