Too many project managers suffer from a horrible workplace affliction: micromanagement. Whether you’re a perpetrator or a victim, understanding why people nitpick and how to communicate effectively is the best cure against this disease.

This session covers motivations for micromanagement and provides a framework for addressing the problem, as well as strategies for smarter engagement. Join us to fight back against micromanagement!
