On Wednesday, December 7th, Robby Slaughter will speak at Crane Credit Union in Franklin, Indiana, on the topic of influencing change at work. The event includes a light breakfast and is free to the general public, but registration is required for planning purposes.

This month, Robby will be focusing on Making Change Actually Happen at Work. Institutions of every size tend to find themselves in a rut. Individuals can develop “tunnel vision” and become resistant to change. This seminar reviews the psychology of influence and offers practical advice for helping others see things differently at work. Join us to learn more about how to influence others productively!

The Crane Executive Leadership Series features nine programs throughout the course of 2016, each hosted on the first Wednesday of the month either at the Plainfield or Franklin locations. Doors open at 9:00 am; programs run from 9:15 am to 10:15 am and include a light breakfast and refreshments. The event series is free to the general public; registration is required at www.cranecu.org/executiveseries

Joining Crane is easy and only requires opening a savings account with a minimum balance of $5.00. Members at Crane can enjoy services like online and mobile banking, bill pay, eStatements, and MoneySmart, a personal financial management tool. Crane also offers a full line of savings, checking, and loan products.
