But the reality is that some healthy conflict is necessary to move toward innovation at a faster pace, allowing the team and the organization to stay at the top of the game. This session presents the C.O.N.F.L.I.C.T.™ technique, designed to utilize conflict in a healthy manner. Participants will practice conflict-resolution to help their team perform at the highest level possible. Presented by Thresette Briggs. Thresette has over two decades expertise in Executive Leadership, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Strategic Planning, and Coaching. She holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Wichita State University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
