Two of the most critical components of a robust leadership development program are mentoring and coaching. At the next Crane Executive Leadership series, hear Marcia Newman present on this important topic.
Why mentoring and coaching? Because these concepts build strong leadership competencies that increase capacity to develop sustainable organizations for the future. This session will explain the difference between mentoring and coaching, and provide opportunities to practice effective mentoring and coaching techniques to use with your team.
