As The World Turns So Should We

This seminar looks at the changing demographics and how important it is to have inclusive and engaged environments. The participants examine biases, discuss privilege, and "workshop" ways to have a more inclusive environment. LaJuana Warren, PHR, and is an diversity expert and a Senior Consultant with AccelaWork. She recently was on staff as a Senior Consultant for The Kaleidoscope Group, a full service diversity firm in Chicago. In this role, she was responsible for business development for many of their point solutions and new product offerings. She also was a facilitator and delivered diversity Skills and Awareness training to clients, and worked with the client engagement team on assessments and focus groups. She is still an associate with this organization. In addition, LaJuana spent over 23 years with Xerox Corporation in various roles including Sales Manager, Sales Trainer, Region Training Manager, and Minority and Women Owned Business Alliance Manager. At Xerox, she was part of the Learning and Development team where she produced sales training videos, taught sales skills to new sales representatives, and delivered product training for specialists. This event is free and open to the public.
